Mrs Fitzsimmons set her Year 8 class a STEM challenge to build a 'windy racer' with a limited budget of 10 tokens for materials.
Once they had designed and constructed their racers, they used wind to power them down a track and then measured how far they had travelled.
The winners, with a distance of 3.85m, were Kalaya P, Katya B and Emily G with their caterpillar inspired design. Great work!
